ULTIMATE MACRO
Privacy notice
Updated October 29, 2026. Contact: tdsultimatemacro@gmail.com. This notice distinguishes website, bot and optional macro features; enabling one is not blanket consent to the others.
Website and community submissions
Web requests disclose network information such as IP address, requested URL and browser information to our hosting/network providers. Strategy submissions can contain your chosen creator name, strategy text, images, version information and feedback. Public strategy content and creator names are public. Ratings, install events, abuse reports and request-rate controls use pseudonymous identifiers to limit duplicates and abuse. A pseudonymous identifier is not anonymous data.
Poll responses and staff access features store submitted answers and associated session/access records. Do not put passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in free-text submissions.
The optional website bug reporter sends the title, selected product/device details, reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, and any text you deliberately add to a private Discord staff channel through our server. The reporter does not automatically upload device files, screenshots or logs. Staff with access to that channel and Discord as a service provider may process submitted content for troubleshooting. Submission attempts also use request metadata for abuse prevention. Keep private information out of submitted logs, and contact support for access or deletion requests.
Discord and linked macro features
Discord sign-in and bot integrations use Discord identifiers, profile/role information and account/session records to link accounts and determine access. Remote pairing adds device identifiers, protected authentication records, recent status, command results and security events. Disconnecting or revoking remote access stops future authorized control; it is not a request to delete all existing records.
Discord messages, support tickets and strategy threads accessible to the bot can be processed for support, moderation and conversation context. AI-assisted replies can send relevant message/context text to configured AI providers. Current bot integrations support Groq, Cloudflare Workers AI, Cerebras, OpenRouter and Hugging Face; the providers actually used depend on service configuration. Do not send secrets or sensitive personal data to these channels.
Recordings, screenshots and statistics
The current 1.4 desktop tester does not display or request desktop banner advertisements. The desktop macro stores settings, recordings and strategies on your device. Sharing a strategy or enabling an upload/integration sends the selected data to that destination. Screenshot, webhook and diagnostic features can expose visible game/window content and log text. Review the relevant feature before enabling it and keep unrelated private information out of captures.
The combined 1.4 candidate defaults optional economy sharing off. When enabled, the bot receives reported reward snapshots and uses them for aggregate statistics; authorized management commands can view individual linked status. Turning sharing off stops future reports, but does not automatically erase prior aggregates or ledger records. Other releases may have different controls: check your installed version.
Payments
Ko-fi and its payment processors handle checkout and payment details under their own policies. Payment notifications sent to our receiver can contain payer information. The UltBot payment logger intentionally persists only hashed event/transaction references, amount, currency, sanitized category/tier, timestamps and delivery state—not payer name, email, shipping address, message, full notification or verification token. Payment summaries are posted to the configured private staff channel; its authorized members can read those records. Gross receipts are not profit or a statement of active membership.
Advertising and external services
Selected public pages load Adcash AutoTag advertising, which may display ads or open a separate advertising tab or window when you interact with a page. Adsterra loading has been retired. Advertising is excluded from our forms, staff routes, policies, membership and Strategy Network pages. Advertising/network providers receive requests and may use cookies or similar technology under their own policies. Ads and external links can lead to other operators; do not treat them as Ultimate Macro software or support. Read Adcash's privacy and cookie notices, Discord's privacy policy and Ko-fi's privacy policy. This notice does not claim all providers collect nothing or offer identical controls.
A creator-referral engagement program is not activated by this notice. Any future tracking must explain its identifiers, attribution window and opt-out before launch. Ad clicks must not be counted as creator rewards.
Purpose, access and retention
We process these records to operate requested features, verify access, deliver support, prevent abuse, maintain payments/audit records and resolve disputes. Access is limited by service roles and configuration, but no system can guarantee perfect security. Providers may process data outside your country.
There is no universal automatic deletion period across these services. Settings and recordings remain on your device until you remove them. Public submissions remain until removed or withdrawn. Server records are retained while needed for the feature, security, accounting or disputes; payment and backup records can outlast active access. Contact support to request a category-specific retention explanation, access, correction or deletion. We may verify the request using the existing linked account and retain information where legally required or needed to resolve an outstanding dispute. Copies already shared publicly or held by other providers are outside our direct control.
Your choices and children
You can leave optional features disabled, revoke linked remote access, control browser cookies and contact support about personal data. Blocking cookies or ads can affect some features. We do not direct this service to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact support so we can investigate. Your legal rights depend on where you live and are not waived by using the service.
