Terms of use

Version: October 29, 2026. These terms cover Ultimate Macro's website, community services and online integrations. Software licenses are separate.

Who we are and how to contact us

Ultimate Macro is the project and service brand, not a claim of LLC registration. Contact tdsultimatemacro@gmail.com for support, billing concerns, privacy requests or appeals.

Using the service

Use only accounts, devices and content you are authorized to use. Follow applicable laws and the rules of Roblox, Discord and any game or payment service you use. Do not steal accounts, submit malicious files, attack our services, impersonate others or publish private credentials. Protect your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

These services are not directed to children under 13. Meet each platform's age requirements. If you are a minor, obtain a parent or guardian's permission where required; only someone authorized to enter a purchase may subscribe.

Software and community content

The license supplied with each software component determines your rights to run, inspect, modify and share it. These terms do not replace that license or remove rights granted by existing GPL releases or third-party licenses. A source-available license is not the same as an open-source license. Check the license for the exact version you download.

You keep your rights in submitted content. By submitting a strategy or other content for public hosting, you authorize us to host, display and distribute that submission as needed to provide the requested service. Submit only content you have permission to share. Public submissions may be copied by others; removal cannot recall existing copies.

Automation, risk and availability

Ultimate Macro is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Paradoxum Games. Automation may violate game rules or lead to account action. We do not promise ban protection, earnings, rewards, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Keep backups, supervise new strategies and know how to stop the macro. Experimental and Early Access builds can contain serious bugs.

Memberships and cancellation

Only benefits explicitly available at checkout form part of a paid offer. Roadmap items, unpublished drafts and planned features are not available benefits. Ultimate+ and Ultimate Max are not launched by this page. Early Access is separate.

Where a Ko-fi recurring membership is offered, review its price, currency, billing interval and renewal details before paying. Manage or cancel the membership through your Ko-fi account's subscriptions/memberships controls. Cancellation stops future renewal under the checkout terms; it is not automatically a refund. Access should continue until the paid period ends unless a refund, charge reversal, security restriction or applicable law requires a different outcome. Contact support if access or cancellation fails.

Request refunds at the support email with the transaction reference, never your password or full card details. Refund requests are reviewed individually; statutory refund, consumer and payment-dispute rights remain unaffected. No blanket waiver of those rights applies.

Privacy and optional features

Read the privacy notice. Agreement to these terms is not permission for every optional upload, screenshot, remote command or statistics-sharing feature. Enable optional features only after reviewing their controls and recipients.

Moderation and changes

We may restrict online access for abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where practical and safe, we will explain the restriction and accept an appeal through support. This does not revoke rights granted by a separate software license. Material changes to paid benefits require appropriate notice and remedies required by law; we do not retroactively erase acquired rights.

Warranties and your rights

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will suit every purpose or be error-free. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or invented governing jurisdiction is imposed here. You may contact support without giving up your right to seek other remedies.
